Born fourth and final to a drill sergeant and his Army wife / school teacher, Crystal Fisher has come to love travel just as much as the roots of home. She moved to Chapel Hill in 1991 to attend UNC but quickly came to call the Tarheel town home. Crystal has experienced this area as a student, locally employed resident, a parent, and a business-owner. She got her start in real estate through an unconventional path. For almost 10 years Crystal was the Sales Manager and Broker-in-Charge for Community Home Trust, a non-profit, affordable housing program that she helped grow from less than 30 homes when she began in 2004 to celebrating its 200th permanently affordable home before she left. Since joining Weaver Street Realty in 2014, Crystal has expanded her skill set representing buyers and sellers, selling land and residential listings throughout Orange, Durham, Chatham and Alamance counties. She has been right at home with Weaver Street Realty, becoming a managing partner in January 2016 and serving as the Broker-in-Charge from 2018-2022. Outside of real estate and spending time with family and friends, Crystal enjoys volunteering for non-profit and municipal boards, travelling, camping, and dancing to as much live music as possible!
