When Louise ‘got into real estate’ the contract form was one page with definitions on the back. The MLS was xeroxed pages mailed from firm to firm. Then, there were the MLS books. Oh, the trees that were used! Back then, a handshake and your word meant something. It still does with Louise.
“I practice listening with attention and intention which I believe is imperative to do a good job for my clients. The folks who come into my life have something to teach me and I have something to share in return.”
It matters to Louise that the zillion details in a real estate transaction are met with respect, honoring each others’ opinions and choices. She offers coaching services by the hour to help folks move forward or get “unstuck” from real estate challenges.
Years of building, saving old houses, creating gardens and helping hundreds of families move out or in has enriched Louise’s life since 1986. She comes to the table with decades of hopes and happenings best described on her website, louisebarnum.com. Please visit it and get to know her better!
Belief: “I believe in using clotheslines, turning your lawn into pollinator gardens, and not keeping up with any Jones’. I believe people step into our lives for a reason; so we teach and learn from one another. I believe in miracles and in manifesting your dreams.”
