Six Steps to a Selling Success
1. Hire a Listing Agent
As your agent, we will:
- do all the paperwork!
- advise you on prepping your property for sale
- help you set the right price
- negotiate on your behalf.
2. Price Your Home
Your Weaver Street agent will visit your home or land to get a complete picture of your property. Based on that information, we will do a CMA to come up with an appropriate price for your home or property.
3. Clean, Pack, & Repair
We'll help you make a plan to get your home ready to show, including cleaning and packing up your treasures! There will be repairs or upgrades that are worth doing up front and there are others that are not. We will guide you through the options that will give the greatest return on your investment.
4. Let the Show Begin
Only licensed agents will show your property. We will solicit feedback and relay this information to you. Here are just a few tips we suggest for showcasing your home:
5. Review Offers From Potential Buyers
Hooray! You have an offer! Our job is to negotiate a price on your behalf. We’ll then oversee all the steps to move the contract toward closing. There will be appraisals, inspections, repairs, moving coordination, and changing utilities. We will monitor the buyer’s loan process and we can connect you with sub-contractors for any repairs you may encounter.
6. Closing and Signing of Contract
Congratulations! Every contingency has been met and you’re able to close. Time to pass the keys to the new owners.
