Randy brings over a decade of real estate experience to Weaver Street Realty. Since Randy started in this business, he has been at Howard, Perry & Walston, the largest brokerage firm in the Raleigh/Durham market, then Voller Realty & Construction where he developed Chatham Forest and other neighborhoods in Chatham County. He has worked closely with investors to identify, purchase, and improve distressed properties and been active in real estate brokerage, real estate appraisal and research, and construction and development. Randy is currently the Mayor of Pittsboro.
