Since my days as a student at UNC in the early 70’s, I have lived in the woods of Chatham County; building a home and a community in which to raise my daughters, Hannah and Liz. I grew up in eastern North Carolina farm country but I thrive on the forward-thinking, liberal atmosphere of the Chapel Hill area.

As a partner and broker with Weaver Street Realty, my ability as a facilitator and problem solver mesh with my love for beautiful land and my desire to be of service. My experience with building a home from scratch has given me a truer perspective on the process of house construction and how one chooses land for their own.

I enjoy teaching clients the process of buying and selling real estate and watching them make sound decisions based on good information. Whether it is helping a first-time buyer, a builder, or a landowner subdividing to create a new community, I provide dependable representation based on experience, integrity, and trust.

I love my work and yet find time to balance my life with weekly dancing, year-round gardening, and long walks with my dog.
