Born on a farm in rural Pennsylvania to a Mennonite family, Gail has a strong appreciation for a sense of community and place. She came to the South fresh out of college to work in Eastern Kentucky community day care centers and with the families who used them. Since then, the South has become Gail's permanent home. She's purchased land, moved a house and created a homestead where she raised her three boys.

Gail serves on the Chatham County Recreation Advisory Board, is on the Board of Directors for Child Care Networks and volunteers for Chatham’s Family Violence and Rape Crisis Center. She has long been involved with the Chatham County schools and recreation programs.

Gail practices real estate with integrity and strives to listen to the individual needs of those she works with. She has been selling real estate for over ten years, working with both Buyers and Sellers with the intent of aiding them in a smooth transition in their living situations. She enjoys helping folks find the environment and community which nurtures them and their families.
