Since 1959, I've loved calling Chapel Hill home. Since then, I have seen our "village" go through many changes. Helping to preserve the beautiful countryside in our immediate surrounding is my commitment to the community. I am very interested in helping preserve our rural landscapes in both Orange and Chatham counties by helping to place land in conservation. In fact, I put my own land in conservation last year. My love for the outdoors came at an earlier age and has spurred me to join the Wilderness Network of the Carolinas, an adventure group that enjoys the outdoors through climbing, biking, hiking and canoeing.

I specialize in locating & marketing rare or unusual properties in the area, and I'm committed to helping others realize their dreams. What sets me apart from other realtors, I believe, is that I'm not afraid to do what it takes to help them do just that. I welcome the challenge to help my clients realize their dreams.

My experience in landscape design, stonework and horticulture, as well as my study of architectural engineering, all enhance the real estate work I do. My goal is to employ good land conservation practices and principles, while retaining the natural beauty of the land that makes our community so desirable and beautiful.

I am sincere, reliable, versatile and fun-loving. Volunteering at UNC hospitals, joining in the Adopt-a-Highway program for the state and working for many AIDS fundraising efforts are some of the things I like to do in my free time to help our community.
